The six step system

Vadotex uses a transparent standard to obtain a clear idea of our customers’ requirements:  the six step system.  This standard’s starting points are the major importance of good communication and an efficient exchange of information.  After all, it’s in the best interest of our customers that we know exactly what their requirements are. 

The six for success

 
  1. Presentation and inventorisation
    Step one starts off with a presentation about Vadotex, which will enable you to immediately see what we can offer.  We will show you our collections:  we will introduce a collection for every target group, every season, based on different themes and made up of various different articles.

    We will subsequently prepare an inventory of your wishes, requirements and needs.  What are your target groups?  Which formula do you use?  What are your product plans?  What do you expect from a supplier?  How are your logistics organised?  What are your packaging requirements? And lastly a possible follow up project will also be determined during this phase.  This will also look at subjects like delivery times and specific contact moments.  You are the central focus point during the setting up of such a follow up project, as we certainly don’t want to bother you any more often than is strictly necessary.

  2. Compiling your collection
    Once we are clear about all the general requirements and wishes, and you are convinced about Vadotex’s suitability, we will discuss the specific project for the forthcoming season during a second meeting.  You will notice that Vadotex is very good at compiling a collection which your customers will expect from you.  Style, designs, colour, material, fit, look and packaging are all tuned to your formula.  You will therefore be able to optimally benefit from our product and market knowledge and the very latest fashion trends.

  3. Choice of articles and quotation
    This is a phase during which we provide you with a clear and organised presentation with overall samples and colour and quality samples.  This will give you a good idea of your new collection.  We take another critical overall look at your collection.  Should any articles be added or removed?  Should some designs be changed somewhat?  We won’t work on our quotation until you are 100% satisfied and we are all completely clear on what needs to be produced.

  4. Production and quality control 
    The Vadotex sales agents carry out constant, strict quality checks during the production process, in accordance with predetermined quality standards.  They are supported by the internal quality control department during these activities.  The confection method, colouring, material applications, numbers, sizes and delivery times – a close eye is kept on absolutely everything.  Vadotex’s strength lies in the optimisation of production and quality control.

  5. Delivery
    We will supply your articles exactly as you want them:  central or decentral, all in one go or on demand.

  6. Evaluation
    Vadotex certainly doesn’t see delivery as the end of the project.  We evaluate all success stories and areas of improvement when we evaluate the sales on the shop floor.  Obtaining such an insight ensures that – in combination with the latest fashion trends – we can offer your new target group focussed concepts for your formula, which will enable you to surprise and entice your customers.
